How it works
A parent or guardian submits the athlete's information. Nothing appears online until it is reviewed and approved.
- SubmitA parent or guardian fills in the form below. It takes about five minutes.
- ReviewFLAG ID checks the submission and builds the profile at flagid.ai.
- TestResults recorded at a partner facility or FLAG ID event are added to the record.
- VerifyA reviewer confirms each result on video or in person before it is marked verified.
What a profile shows
Every test result carries the date, surface, timing method, site and verifier that produced it. Results that have not cleared review are labeled as such. Coach observations are kept separate from measured results, and anything the athlete reports is labeled as athlete-provided.
